Oxygen concentrators are urgently needed in Indian market for fighting covid-19 pandemic

According to the latest data released by the Ministry of Health of India, there were 36,2376 new cases of COVID-19 confirmed in India in the past 24 hours up to 8 am Indian time on May 13, with a total of over 23,703,665 confirmed cases. India is obviously still in a critical state of outbreak. Under this condition, China has publicly announced to offer medical assistance for five times and is now going all out to produce more than 50,000 units of oxygen concentrators to help India fight the epidemic.

Sun Weidong, Chinese Ambassador to India, said China is doing its best to fulfill the order for oxygen concentrators from India

Sun said on social media that Chinese companies have received purchase orders of 25,000 oxygen concentrators from India so far and are now working hard to manufacture them. Combined with Chinese companies received and delivered before, China has received over 50,000 units of oxygen concentrator orders from India. The difficulty of these orders lies in the urgent delivery. Because of the critical demand for oxygen, even Indian navy ships have been sent out to get oxygen from abroad. Over 50,000 units of oxygen concentrators means the lives of over 50,000 Indian patients. As a responsible country, we have to work overtime to complete the work as soon as possible.
